The most valuable asset at ReadySoft is its people and their knowledge and skills. Readysoft has a highly experienced team led by Mr. Sagar Maramreddy the CEO. Below is a brief summary of their back ground.

Mr. Sagar Maramreddy, CEO
Mr. Sagar Maramreddy, the CEO of the company has over 30 years of experience in software life cycle and software management. He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and holds a Masters in Computer Sciences from Bradley University, Peoria, IL, USA. He has specialized in Loan Management System, Credit Application System, Collection Management System, Account Payable System, Accounts Receivable System and Fleet management system. He has worked for different world leading organizations like Daimler Chrysler, McKassin Pharmaceuticals, University of Michigan, Allmerica Financials, Michigan State Department and Capgemini Sogeti. He is responsible for the business development of the group. Essentially a self-motivator who spearheads the direction and growth of the business development activities of the organization. He is currently based in our office at Detroit, USA.

Mr. Krishna Reddy Konala, MANAGER - Operations
Mr. Krishna Reddy Konala has over 25 years of experience as a Database Administrator in various domains. He has done Post Graduation in Computers from Andhra University, India and has been associated with Readysoft for over 20 years. Prior to Readysoft he worked for Net Decision a U.K Based Company. Presently, Mr. Krishna Reddy is heading Operations in India and is also responsible for coordinating with our international clients for new business development. Mr. Krishna Reddy lives in Hyderabad with his family.

Mr. Abhilash Reddy, MANAGER – Technical
Mr. Abhilash Reddy has over 21 years of experience in designing and developing of windows based and web based applications using Microsoft technologies, including database design and development. He has 18+ years of extensive experience in designing and developing of multi-tier applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. He has Domain experience in content Management and Financial applications. He has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. Prior to Readysoft he has been associated with Net Decisions and I-Mokshum Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Abhilash Reddy presently heads the Development Team and is responsible for product development, successful launch and implementation. Presently Mr. Abhilash Reddy is living in Hyderabad with his family.

Mr. Sharath Kumar Ala - MANAGER – QA
Mr. Sharath Kumar Ala, has over 21 years of IT experience in wide range of technologies, with around 19 years of extensive experience in testing of web based and windows based applications. Prior to ReadySoft, he was associated with different organizations like API Data Comm. Pvt Ltd and Lapwing Sol's on different platforms. Mr. Sharath has graduated from Nagpur University in Mechanical Engineering in 2000.

He presently heads the Quality Assurance team and is responsible for maintaining quality levels to customer satisfaction. He coordinates with the client on all aspects of quality, and streamlining the quality process. Mr. Sharath Kumar lives in Hyderabad with his family.
